Established in 1990 as advertisement advisor and executor, Balaghe-NoorAdvertisement

Company commenced its media activity by manufacturing andinstalling the first tri-visional

billboard in Vali-e-Asr Squre, Tehran;  and is  nowconsidered  one  of  the   pioneers   in

outdoor advertisement industry in Iran.

Company  strategically  decided  to  make  use of  knowledge - oriented  approach,

from Ministry of Cultureand Islamic Teachings for Ava-ye-Hekmat Institute of Research,

Culture and Arts in 2001and make use of it as scientific and research arm for advertisement

affairs.

confidence and maximum satisfaction of them caused this company to establish standard system and obtain

ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 9001-2008 Certificates in 2005 and 2009 respectively. Meanwhile, in 2007, the company such as 9 other companies attained the first rank

from among 140 outdoor advertisement companies participating in the ranking plan organized by Beautification Organization of Tehran Municipality for the first time

and the highest rank between those 10 companies.

Having obtained guild-reputation, covered its media capacity by 100% and properly and scientifically rendered services to customers during the years of advertisement activity in Tehran and some other provinces, the company succeeded in securing a special position.
